Sad week for Ines and myself as we buried my dear and beloved Gran , who sadly passed away at 101 . The vicar was fantastic and Mum had ordered some amazing flowers to go on gran’s coffin. After the church service , we buried Gran next to Granpa in the family plot . I was also plagued with a bad back which had started at the weekend , so I thought maybe the yoga class on Tuesday would help ease the muscles. This was a mistake and found once in the car I could hardly move let alone drive home. I collpased out of the car and crawled into the house and fell into a big heap on the floor. I rang my boss at work and she advised to see a doctor and rest.
Trying to see a doctor on the NHS is a nightmare these days , but luckly for me our local GP is very good and rang me at home to discuss the issues. Good news it is not a trapped nerve or collapsed disc, but a closed facet joint which just needs rest and a good dose of heavy pain killers.
Today is Wednesday 12 November and the pain killers are starting to work, so fingers crossed I will be back to full fitness by Monday. In the meantime I have spent most of my time either lying on the floor , bed or sofa and have had chance to look at Apple’s iMovie and last night made a small movie of our trip to Wales.
As this is my first attempt I am actually quite pleased with it , tell me what you think

Ines is very busy editing another wedding video , you can check out some highlights on her blog to , and I must admit her work gets better and better each time I see it , even after 16 years of being in the wedding film industry she is climbing to new limits, I am very proud of her.
