The Year I became a Master Member of the Institute of Videography: 2005

In 2005 I was back at Ashdown Park again, filmed another Italian Wedding in London, went back to Great Fosters, filmed at Eltham Palace, Langshott Manor and filmed a Maronite Ceremony at Blenheim Palace. This is also the Year I became a qualified Master Member of the Institute of Videography (M.M.Inst.V.) and first met Alison and Neil Freeman of Freeman Photographics, who I’ve worked with many times since. They’re really excellent…

“Having received and watched the finished product I am absolutely thrilled with the end result; it is even better than I could have ever imagined. I am so pleased that you managed to capture such great Memories and the whole Vibe of the Day…

It is truly a piece of art which you have created, and it completely draws you in even for people that were not present on the day; they can feel they were actually there. I am so impressed… We can’t thank you enough for such a lovely Diary of our Day which you cannot capture on still photography… ”

Katherine & Jonathon, 30 July 2005, St Annes Manor

”What can we say…thanks for the Beautiful, Special Video…stunning, you are fantastic! You did us proud, we love it! Pure Art! Thank you so much, you are a star!”

“ THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OUR AMAZING VIDEO! Ines, you did such a fantastic job! I’m just so glad we decided to go with you; your skill at putting the whole thing together is better than anything we have even seen on television!…It’s so beautiful, thank you so much, you are a talented lady. We just don’t get bored of watching it.”

Judith & Mark, 29 April 2005, Langshott Manor

“We were uncertain about getting a video done at first, based on what we had seen from other videographers etc, however, on watching it that evening we were in awe of the Fantastic Work that you had done, it is truly inspirational. We were amazed as you had not only captured the Magic of our Day, but had created an Artistic Masterpiece, which is a joy to watch time and time again. The music that you chose was just right, reflecting our Feelings and Moods on the day and was in keeping with the venue that we had chosen.”

Sharon & Mark, 15 January 2005, Fanhams Hall, Ware

“…the Assessment Panel were very impressed by your entry and enjoyed watching it very much. It was a real pleasure to watch a  Wedding Video of such a High Standard……Congratulations.”

Institute of Videography, 8 December 2005

“I was fortunate enough to see your work and found it to be very good and I’m not normally generous with praise. Good use of angles, interesting shots, varied and tactful, nice use of filters and some nice editing.”

Vince @ Stormfield Productions, 15 December 2005

“…thank you for the stunning DVD you made of our wedding day.  We were absolutely blown away by it. Your editing and camera work is amazing. There were so many special touches, it was a Masterpiece…a different league in comparison to the other Wedding Videos we had seen in the past. We loved the way you used our favourite songs, it was as if you knew exactly what we would have wanted.

We were thrilled with the Highlights, it is really like watching a short movie. We also loved the way you did the music credits at the end, it was like an old vintage film, and…there’s a particular shot of my parents looking up into the camera at the same time – priceless!

Ines you certainly have a gift!”

Louise & Ian, 9 September 2005, Great Fosters

“We rarely get to see Videographers Final Masterpieces and we were impressed. We love the Arty Detail Shots and the close up shots especially, as well as the shooting through and shooting around – you manage to get some good angles on things. Most importantly though you really managed to capture the Personalities and their Expressions in a way which doesn’t always work on stills… we can see why couples love your work…”

Ali & Neil, Freeman Photographics

“Thank you so much for the fantastic Wedding DVD you did for us – the Attention to Detail is wonderful and it really is very artistic. Everyone who has seen it has been really impressed…!”

Francesca & Matthew, 18 June 2005, Eltham Palace

“What can I say!!!  We both loved it!  I am not quite sure how you managed such a production all on your own, and so unobtrusively.  But you brought out the best of the day (despite all of the many hiccups!)  Both Graeme and I were really impressed with how you used our music choices in just the right places (and in ways that we never could have imagined!). We just love it.   Thank you so much.  It’s a great record to have of the day. As someone who was profoundly skeptical about commissioning a video at all, I am most humbled and truly a convert.”

Monette & Graeme, 3 May 2005, Blenheim Palace
