This is the (very) tongue-in-cheek highlights clip of Neil and Jan’s Civil Partnership Ceremony at Theobalds Park – just how they wanted it:
“Wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you for your kind and generous work you did for us as a friend and videographer for our Civil Partnership.
You have provided a wedding film we could only have dreamed of. It is perfect in so many ways. You really captured the mood well and everyone has commented on how good we look in the film.
You did exactly what we asked for. At our age, we did not think it would be possible to look good on film. Your skillful filming and editing proved this was possible. Our families are far away, it is so special to see them on film.
I think most of the time people didn’t even realise you were there and they’ve said that you allowed the day to flow naturally and that so many weddings they’ve been to that doesn’t happen.
The timings of the music and the trailers are exceptional, the way you scored the lyrics with what is actually happening in the film is truly amazing. You were so patient with us and you achieved the quality of film that we could only have dreamed of.
You were very much part of our day and we would both like to thank you so much for preserving it forever. It was wonderful to work with you and we would recommend you to anyone.”
